Recently, my country achieved a major breakthrough in core generator parts technology. The "high-temperature-resistant insulated rotor coil" and "intelligent voltage regulator," independently developed by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), have passed certification by the National Electric Power Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, marking a key step forward for my country in the field of high-end generator core parts.
For a long time, key components for large generator sets, such as excitation systems, stator windings, and slip rings, have relied on imports, hindering the process of independent development of power equipment. These newly developed parts utilize a novel nano-composite insulation material, enabling stable operation at temperatures up to 180°C and extending their lifespan by 40% compared to traditional products. Five national invention patents have been applied for the related technology.
Industry experts indicate that this achievement will be widely applied to wind, hydro, and gas turbine power generation systems, reducing operation and maintenance costs while enhancing my country's competitiveness in the international power equipment market. The National Energy Administration stated that these key components will be included in the "14th Five-Year Plan" list of key energy technology and equipment to be promoted.
